Please read all of the terms and conditions prior to purchasing tickets for any of our events. Buying a ticket to any PhanMeet event implies that you have read and accepted our terms and conditions.
We highly recommend you to take into account these terms and to read them carefully before buying your ticket.
These general terms and conditions apply to every virtual event hosted by PhanMeet Convention.
ACCESS TO THE CONVENTION
• You will need to buy a ticket to enter the convention. You don’t have restrictions unless the scheduling interferes with the activities you want to participate in.
TICKETS SALE
• Our terms and conditions for sales allows that there is no right to a to refund for any product except in the case of total event cancellation.
• Guest appearance is subject to availability. PhanMeet reserves the right to cancel any extras in the event of the cancelation of a guest due to professional, personal, or any other circumstance. PhanMeet will contact you as soon as possible with the option to buy extras for another event or give you a refund.
• Unless otherwise stated, our events are open to ages 13 and up. All guests under the age of 16 must have their tickets purchased by an adult. All guests under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. You will need to send an email at [email protected] with the subject "(Guest Name) minor attending” for administrative purposes.
PAYMENT TERMS
We accept the following payment methods for the purchase of tickets:
• By debit card and credit card via the online ticketing site by PayPal, through any payment means offered. Note that a service fee and tax will be charged for the processing of payment by credit card.
• Your order MUST match with your PayPal. If you use another account, please contact us via DM or via email at [email protected] with your payment details to confirm your order.
• In the extreme case that we are unable to match your payment to your order, the order will be cancelled. You will get your money back and your ticket will be available for sale again.
SCHEDULING
• Schedules will be sent via email to all ticket holders approximately 4 days before the convention date.
• If the scheduling of extras interferes with your personal schedule, it is your responsibility to contact PhanMeet no less than 24 hours before the event starts. If you are cancelling your participation in the event or you can't attend on this date, please send us an email at [email protected] with the subject "(Guest Name) - Cancellation" asking for the cancellation form for us to send it to you and you complete it for administrative purposes.
• If an extra collides with another activity slot, you may leave the waiting room and come back, as long as you haven’t joined the actual meeting yet (i.e. met the guest you’ve booked the extra with). Please be aware that you will only be able to come back if the extra is still ongoing by the time you return. If that spot session is over, email us to make further arrangements.
• PhanMeet reserves the right to change any of the event scheduling due to guests’ requests.
MEETINGS AND GUEST INTERACTION
• Phan Meet Conventions reserves the right to refuse access, without the possibility of refund, to any participant who does not respect the guests, the members of PhanMeet staff as well as the general public. This right is extended to include the prohibited publishing of screenshots or videos during the event.
• Audio and video recording and photography is strictly prohibited. This is a contractual obligation and is non-negotiable. Certain guests will allow the purchase of 1:1 or 3:1 chats. This is to the sole discretion of the contracted guests and not guaranteed for all guests. It will be clearly stated in the guest’s announcement.
• Any form of disruptive or inappropriate behaviourthat makes the guest uncomfortable will result in the immediate removal from the event.
• Any issues with any activities must be raised formally by email within 24-48 hours of the event date to [email protected] with details of the activity and exact issue and what recourse is requested. A response will be issued within 2-3 days.
• Any and all questions presented to guests must be professional in nature. Failure to respect personal boundaries of the guests will result in immediate removal from the event. There will be a PhanMeet moderator present at all events.
• All events will be held in English primarily. If another language is needed, please reach out to [email protected] and we will attempt to make arrangements for you. We currently have Spanish and Portuguese Interpreters.
• If you are in a panel or chat that is running past schedule and you are scheduled for another event at the same time, please kindly reach out to the meeting’s host via chat, via social media or via email at [email protected] and await instructions.
PRODUCT POLICY
• Refund requests will be reviewed on a case by case basis and PhanMeet reserves the right to refuse refund except in the case of total event cancelation.
• The delivery of personalized videos may take up to 2 months. This is up to talent availability. All videos will be screened by PhanMeet prior to delivery. Guests can refuse to make any personalization that they consider offensive in any form.
• Personalization requests must be sent to [email protected] with "(Guest Name) - Video" as the subject. Videos are allowed to personalization by emailing at [email protected],but it is up to the sole discretion of the talent to complete your request.
• Every event will be done in the Zoom application. Please ensure that your Zoom application is working properly prior to the beginning of the event. If you miss your time slot due to technical problems, please reach out immediately to us, we will do everything in our power to ensure you access to your purchased event once it is fixed, but this is not guaranteed. Please email [email protected] OR reach out via social media DMs in case you lose internet during your time slot.
• Your zoom name MUST match the name on your ticket. If you need to change the name on your ticket, please email phanmeeting@gmail.com to do so. No refunds will be given if you did not complete an extra due to your name on Zoom. If you purchased an extra for a friend, please email [email protected] to change the name on the ticket to ensure they get access to the event.
• If you accept the host’s invitation to join the video chat, please be aware that both your video and audio will be recorded for legal use only. For all remaining activities the recording is in place to ensure you will receive a nice capture of it for all extras that include a screenshot of your moments with the guests (if not stated otherwise in the announcements of guests).
